How To Do Airbrush Makeup: Training, Techniques, Artistry And Makeup Kits

Conventional makeup techniques can leave a face looking smudged and smeared in only a few short hours. With airbrush makeup, the application process is twice as fast and the results will last anywhere between fourteen and eighteen hours.
Airbrush makeup has been used in Hollywood for a little over ten years now, and is currently the only makeup suitable for HDTV, or High Definition Television. Remember to choose shades that are very similar to the original skin color to create the most natural and even looking coverage possible. Eyeliner is applied by pulling slightly on the lid and drawing a line across once or twice. Lashes need a backdrop so that the color doesn't blend past the lashes and onto the skin. The air pressure will separate and color the lashes all at once. Lips and eyebrows require stencils for perfection, although many will opt for a stencil-free approach after mastering their artistry. If covering up dark imperfections or bruises, apply a white foundation first. In airbrush makeup, white lightens purple and black.
